Just now getting into this blog thing.. Not sure what to do with it.. But here goes!

I have been doing some restorations and builds of whatever I am asked to restore. Although I like to see original cars, I appreciate someone stepping up to the task of saving any of the collectible cars that have been languishing in a back yard or garage.

Preservation of any car that has a place in our history can be a monumental task. I am honored to be a part of the process of bringing cars back to life!

Hi GUys,, It is me -- Just can not log in to my original post, so I had to create this new account.

A couple answers for you. The green on the 55 Chevy is actually a 68 Chrysler color.

As for engine building answer for the 216 and 253 Chevy guy... I do ALL my own engines with the help of a local machine shop. THIS way I know what products are in there and since I build them, I KNOW how the final fit went.. ONE of the Chevy small blocks I did went 400,000 miles before it was sold and I lost track of it.
