There are a lot of mysteries behind this car, some of which can be explained and some need to be left to the imagination. The car is


obviously a Buick with an aftermarket or, more likely, homebuilt truck body. But what model of Buick did it start as? And what


year does the Buick hail from? Extra credit will be given if you can figure out what the Buick was modified to haul.

I believe it's a 1924-'26 Buick, and assuming the wire wheels are original to the car, it's a 1926 because I only see wires on 1926s in the Crestline "Seventy Years of Buick" by George Dammann.

It's the 1926 Buick Tourer... the design itself definitely looks like one...   reminds me to get a tail light lens gasket for my ride after I saw its lights...
