I am new to fixing and dealing with cars and am wondering the difference between an A body style and B body style on mopar cars

Hello Wayne, I THINK on Mopars an A body is a Dart/Valiant and a B body is a Belvedere/Road Runner/Coronet.  Just FYI on GM cars an A body is a mid size Chevelle/LeMans/Cutlass/Skylark and a B body is a full size Impala/Catalina/88/LeSabre etc.

I worked for chrysler during those days. The A body was the Dart and the Demon. the B body was the Fury.
